Why we promote gay families? While we don’t feel like its promotion, here’s a small part of the why….
We share these families & share their journey, because there is a gay kid out there, who is terrified to come out to their family. It might be tomorrow or might be next year. Maybe, just maybe, their parents have seen this on our Instagram. Maybe when they decide to come out, their parents will be more accepting. They do not try to be heroes to anyone – they’re just trying to be a family & raise their kids. You never know – you might have your sexuality all figured out, but chances are there’s someone close to you – someone you love – that doesn’t have it all figured out. They’re probably really scared.
Love them. Love is love. Family is family.
