“Jocktober” originally refers to the seemingly universal cliché where the radio called the month of October “Rocktober” making a huge deal about rocking hard, but they were playing the same. However, the LGBTQ+ community took this to a hotter, spicier, more interesting level by converting it into the ideal month to wear jockstraps and feel sexy all month long.
