REST IN PEACE GAY PORN STAR RYLAN KNOX

Performer Rylan Knox has died after hanging himself in his boyfriend’s apartment on the 29th of April. News of Knox’s suicide was first announced by his friend, performer Nick Cross, who posted a series of tweets imploring his followers to “cherish [their] lives.”

Knox, a relative newcomer who had performed in multiple scenes for Falcon, GayCastings, Raging Stallion, NakedSword, and Hot House in the past year, called Florida his home and was extremely well-liked among fans, directors, and co-stars. He was a versatile performer, but loved getting it up his butt as he has showed in most of his scenes.

A number of Knox’s friends and colleagues took to Twitter to react to the news of his death:

“PornStar @KnoxRylan Hung Himself Today at his boyfriends apartment! SO SAD For the porn Industry! You guys!!! Cherish your lives!! :(((( Nick Cross tweeted.

“A colleague of mine took his life today please please please Love thy self & everyone around you,” porn actor Ryan Rose wrote, who had a scene with him for Falcon called Poolside 2.

“I wish we could’ve talked before you did this @KnoxRylan :'( rest in peace buddy :'(,” porn star Colt Rivers tweeted.

The circumstances of and motivation for the suicide are, obviously, unknown. No other details, including Knox’s age, are known at this time.

It is TERRIBLY sad that anyone ever feels the need to take his or her own life. Make sure those you love know it and know how important they are to you. Help is available for those hurting but you often must ask for it. I can only recommend anyone to contact the suicide helpline in any country, if you feel like taking these actions. They are out there for this sort of thing. It’s just too tragic to see young people like this take their lives. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE seek help, so those who love you can have the opportunity to tell you.
