You’ll find out how to transform from the boy-next-door into the sex-bomb boy wonder! Think hipster nerd–and learn the A-Z of the G-string! Use a nerd look composed of clothing from home (think slacks, button down shirt, sweater, glasses, and especially a tie and belt.) and have a pair of boxers or underwear and a G-string or jock strap. After watching this Festival you can create a routine at home, add your own stripper spin to it and reveal your inner Boylesk bombshell!
Third Time’s a Charm for NYC Boylesque Fest and more than 40 creative male exhibitionists from countries like Finland, Canada, Japan, Austria and across the U.S. will show their skills at the annual all-male burlesque festival. The always-explosive combo of Daniel Nardicio (one of New York’s top gay party promoters) and Thirsty Girl Productions’ Jen Gapay are behind this yearly showcase of XY-chromosomed bumpers and grinders from around the world. It’s the third time and it will be held this Friday 25th and Saturday the 26th of April 2014.
With the first appearance of Dita van Teese at least burlesque is a 
well-known term. Burlesque as an art of seductive, flirtatious and yet humorous dance is already a familiar concept. A worldwide growing boylesque scene though proves that men are as talented as women in swaying their hips and swirling the tassels. In our fast moving world the mixing and clashing of styles arouse most and for all the need for individuality and – at the same time – for “good old values” a long way off stereotyped thinking. History and culture generate creativity, a revival of tradition and skillfully pushes even the boundaries of our modern times. As boylesque focuses on spoofs its diversity exceeds the limits of this art and the restrains of sexuality are secondary. Boylesque is a whole new and exciting genre of entertainment. With the elegant removal of gloves, the integration of an alluring shimmy, a brisk booty shake or the swiveling of hips, it compares favorably with regular burlesque. On the contrary, boylesque has exceeded the classic act of strip-teasing by integrating pole-dance aerial acrobatics and sophisticated props.
In NYC is it already the third time, but also in Europe we get for the first time in May in Vienna The annual Boylesque Festival Vienna”. It presents the cream of the crop of this exciting art in Vienna and celebrates two days of burlesque, boylesque, vaudeville, artistry and everything in between. This festival is the first of its kind in Europe and connects the flair of Imperialistic Vienna with a modern and open-minded city.
The New York Boylesque festival kicks off Friday April 25th with a Teaser Party, 
hosted by nightlife icon World Famous *BOB* at downtown hotspot, DROM, and features over a dozen national and international performers and is sure to get your motor started for a weekend of non-stop “testicle festival” realness. This New York Boylesque Festival is back — bigger and ballsier than ever. The action moves uptown to BB Kings the following night for the Main Event, hosted by drag legend Sweetie.
