Well the big change is changing the name of the club to CARGO CLUB and making it an event location. There still will be gay events, but also other events will be programmed in the club. Last Saturday was the opening of Cargo Club, because they have been closed two weeks after the first of January 2017. They ended that night with the amazing Studio 54 party like every first Sunday of the month and then they did a make-over for the club.
Pink In Our Lives was invited and we were honored to be there and witness the change of interior. The smoking area got less attractive with big lights and no view anymore in the hope the smokers will party more instead of blowing smoke. A big plasma screen behind the Deejays give a great effect to the dancefloor and the interior is changed into the colors of the logo and looking even more industrial. The club still looks great and different than most other clubs or venues.
At 22.00 PM was the reception and many friends, family and regulars were invited to toast at Cargo 
Club. After that the party got started with Propaganda Party, which was already doing his 5 year run in the club. GoGo dancers, champagne, great Deejays, fingerfood and lots more made sure a diverse crowd were partying till dawn.
Nourdin explains that the name Cargo Club is chosen because of the interior and house style. It still brings Gay events under the 19-years-old iconic name Red & Blue, but also the student nights on Thursday called “We Love Thursdays” (WLT) and other events for the straight, gays, open-minded and everybody in between will be hold at this venue. There is a lot of change in the going-out-mentality these days and they want to go with that evolution to survive and maintain quality.
We wish Nourdin, Lex and their team all the success and luck and look forward what will bring the future. The next parties are already given for the next months like “Le Zoo”
