From its humble beginnings, The Australian Firefighters Calendar was established in 1993 to support the Children’s 
Hospital Foundation, providing funds for research into childhood burns. Since 1993 firefighters from Australia’s Urban, Rural, Aviation, Armed Forces and Corporate firefighting services have been coming together to create the world’s most iconic calendar.
After 4 rigorous weeks of photography and editing the final images 
are put together to create the annual Australian Firefighters Calendar for fans across the globe. Since its inception the Australian Firefighters Calendar has donated over $2.8 million dollars to various charities around Australia with $1.5 million dollars of that being donated in the past 3 years alone.
In 2017 the Australian Firefighters Calendar donated to the Children?s Hospital Foundation in Queensland, Children?s Hospital at Westmead, Sydney Children?s Hospital Foundation in Randwick, My Room Children’s Cancer Charity in Victoria and Starlight Children?s Foundation SA. Nationally they donated funds to Mates4Mates, Royal Far West and Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors. Now they are in their 25th year raising money for various charities.
