And oh boy they DID!!! The gurlllzzz of Rupaul’s Drag Race that came to slay on the Werq The World Tour organized by Brandon Voss Events rocked the stage in Europe. Just before our holiday to the Domenican Republic we had a blast with this second edition.
Pink In Our Lives had the pleasure to see the Queens last year in Cologne and this time in Antwerp/Belgium thanks to Outtv! We got to 
meet and greet them before the show and gorgeous like always Latrice Royale, Kennedy Davenport, Detox, Kim Chi, Valentina, Shangela and Alyssa Edwards were all waiting for us. We had met a few already in the past years before, but it was also nice to finally meet Kennedy Davenport and Valentina for the first time.
They all looked stunning and were very friendly. Unfortunately because of time management somebody else from the crew (including Shangela’s sidekick and cute pornstar Liam Riley) took a picture with the Queens for you and then you had to move on. I luckily had the chance to show Shangela quiclkly our video from last year , which she remembered ? and got also a photo with Liam.
If you have been to one of these shows like “Werq” and “RUBOTS” before, U can definitely see they improved the setting with the years. It goes faster, more smoothly and they have better visuals. The theme was that we all were boarding on the greatest drag flight explained onscreen by Michelle Visage with her boobs THE lifevest you can never drown with. ?
Shangela took the honours this night in Antwerp to host the evening and she was funny and hilarious. You could hear her HALLELUUUUHS scream all over the tour and the audience loved it. Which Drag Race Star is not applauded by having jokes about herself like “always making a comeback”, when she arrived for the second time back on stage. Or off course that it is obvious when you are Shangela the game played on stage with the audience is called “Wigs In a BOX” ? ?
Not to give all away for the people who are going to see the tour all over the world ? yet, here are some memorable highlights of the show:
KENNEDY DAVENPORT: she is a dancing queen and show in an uptempo song that 
she can move with flips, deathdrops and shaking her ass accompagnied by four hunky dancers in skimpy shorts.
KIM CHI: the queen known for her fabulous make-up skills and outfits. She looked 
amazing and did even some dance moves, which is normally not a strong side of her.
DETOX: a simple chair in the front and a smoking Detox starts the steaming song called Sex. With two dancers in high heels and a bathing suit and two others shirtless in leatherpants made this one a scorching hot piece to watch!!! ? ? ?
VALENTINA: She showed her roots with a swept of your feet latin dance style with a surprise 
clothing attachment. This time Miss Congeniality lipsynced all through her song. ?
LATRICE ROYALE: This BIG favorite showed her various skills by singing live, rapping and 
choreography with the dancers and made the crowd go crazy with her loud laughter. She loved it, but most of all we loved her.
ALYSSA EDWARDS: She surprised the audience this time. Instead of standing on 
stage, she came doen between the fans and performing the first part of her song walking and dancing through the crowd. Everybody got excited and she got a standing ovation. Still being humble and giving it all makes her an all-time favorite of us.
Last but not least besides presenting, SHANGELA gave us a Beyoncé medley, where she also gave 
fans an upclose show from the stage through the audience and back. Everybody went wild and a definitely good showstopper for the Werq The World Tour 2018. Nothing against Trixie Mattell, but she still should have won AllStars 3!!! ??
If you have missed this all, try still to see the tour or be there next year. It is not confirmed yet, but with this success we can’t believe there won’t be a third time. Thank you to the fierce queens for a great night and the sexy dancers choreographed by Chancey. See you next time wherever we can!!!
