In one week the Madness comes back to Antwerp: Leather and Fetish Pride Belgium 2018!!!

From the 16th of February 2017 you could not get around the fact that Leather Pride Belgium had arrived in Antwerp last year and this year it probably will be no different. Everywhere you will see fully leather-clothed guys (and some girls) around in bars, restaurants and at many sightseeing venues. All collaborated hotels were fully booked and people from all over the world came to this ever growing popular event.

Even if you are just curious or don’t know what to expect you are very welcome with an open mind and attitude and we will promise you will be surprised how great and friendly the atmosphere is. Every person can be themselves in all their glory and express their own fetish or desires.

Off course a great Pride can’t be without parties and events and this Leather Pride weekend made no exception. There was so much to do everywhere last year like shopping at Mister B and Toys for Boys, drinks at Downtown cafe and Santos, having breakfast at Cups and Plates (then Taeymans Coffee) and City Coffee and off course the parties at Hessenhuis, Random and The Boots.

But organizer Jeroen Van Lievenoogen made sure that with a Madness Weekend Pass you could explore your fetish for three days at Darklands market at Waagnatie with showcases, shops, demonstrations and contests. Also the main parties “Fusion” and “Rage” made the puppies wiggle their tails and guys shaking their leather boots. A huge playground was designed to enjoy your darkest and sexual desires. Dragqueens Destynee Williams and Dilayla Brown Brown with her own toyboy graced the stage next as performers Ale Tedesco, Aymeric Deville, Gaston Groupier, Ashley Ryder and Michael Duncan. It was great to see our friends on stage giving all their best like always.

On stage were also held some contests like Mister Puppy and off course Mister Leather Belgium 2017 and there were given some X-awards to this industry.

Closing the event on Sunday was the annual birthday drink of Jeroen himself at Darklands and we want to wish him again a very happy birthday already for this year and that he can be proud of a great edition last year and on his crew during these days.

This year from the 22^th of February till the 26^th there is a lot going on again with for every imaginable fetish. An exciting happening this year is that the Leather Pride will have like they have in Berlin A “Classic Meets Fetish” Event. This is an evening where great musicians from 6 different countries perform their music in fetish clothing. An unique experience not to miss with a free reception. Other great parties and elections are Rage, Mr. Rubber Europe 2018, Fusion and off course the best Fetish Market: Darklands.

Pink In Our Lives enjoyed every minute that weekend last year and we wanna thank the organizers for having us. We are looking forward already to this year’s edition, because it is one of the best and friendly places within our LGBT community where is no judgement, prejudice and dislike.
